1. Introductory provisions
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the mutual rights and obligations between the service provider and the client when providing services via the website and other distance communication.

2. Ordering services and booking an appointment
Services are ordered via the online booking system located on the website, by e-mail or in another way according to the current offer. By sending the order, the client confirms that he has read and agrees to these terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions of online reservations, including available dates, reservation confirmation and other rules, are listed directly in the reservation system.
3. Prices and payment terms
The prices of individual services are listed on the website or communicated individually when ordering.
When making a reservation, a deposit of 40% of the total price of the service is required. The deposit is payable by transfer to the provider's account according to the instructions given when ordering. The reservation becomes binding only after the deposit is credited to the account. The balance up to the full price of the service is paid either by transfer in advance or in cash on site, as agreed. Services are paid by transfer to the provider's account or in cash, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellation policy
The client can cancel the agreed date no later than 48 hours before its date, by email or according to the instructions in the reservation system.
In case of late cancellation of the reservation (less than 48 hours in advance) or no-show without an excuse, a cancellation fee of 40% of the service price will be charged.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Protection of personal data
The provider undertakes to handle the client's personal data in accordance with the GDPR and other applicable legislation.
6. Final provisions
These terms and conditions are valid from 13.9.2023 and are available on the provider's website. The provider reserves the right to change them, and the current version is always published online.
